In order to make the creation of your offer as easy as possible, you will find a brief overview of the structure of the creation process below, as well as some assistance and what you should pay attention to when creating your offer.
At first you will find an overview with 12 buttons. These 12 buttons guide you through the form and display the same fields as the final travel offers on our platform.
Behind 8 of these buttons you will find text fields, paired with options that you can simply click on.
There is also, for example, the Visuals button, where you can upload files, or the Ratings button, where you can upload testimonials of your holiday.
The individual text fields and selection options are always provided with explanations and recommendations as well as real examples that you can use as a guide.
The purple bar shows you your progress while creating your offer. The fuller the bar, the less work you have to do. When the bar is full, your journey is ready. Now all that’s missing is a final review by our team and your journey goes online on moverii!
Good to know: We have arranged the buttons in the order as they appear to a user. To guarantee the best user experience for your offer it is therefore best if you stick to this order in uploading such. However, if you need to, for example, if you have forgotten something, you can always return to a previous button.
This is very different. We recommend to allow enough time for this. On average our partners need a maximum of two hours to create one offer.
Since Google and other search engines immediately recognize and punish so-called duplicate content, i.e. identical texts that are used multiple times on the Internet, it is extremely counterproductive for us and for you if you simply copy texts from your website to our platform, so we always ask you to use unique content, i.e. texts that do not appear anywhere else in the same form.
Basically, you are completely free in the design of your texts, as long as you work in the given structure. In addition, there are only two important points with which we want to guarantee our readers and potential customers between the various holiday offers:
- We never write about “our camp” or “our garden”, but always speak of the third person when we describe something. “The camp with its spacious garden …”
- When we want to address people in the texts, we always do so with “you” (example: “Would you like to wake up every morning to the sound of the sea?” And not with “they” or “we”. We want to address the reader directly so that he or she can empathize with the journey!
The description of the content of your offer is divided into several text sections. For the individual text fields, e.g. the activities or the accommodation, you will always find a recommendation in addition to the sample texts as to how long and detailed the individual texts should be.
No, this is deliberately not possible, because pictures tend to lose a lot of quality when uploaded in systems. To avoid this, we have provided a link to WeTransfer under the last button Handling which you can use to send us your pictures. The same applies to any price lists, schedules or infosheets that you may have. Please send us these, just as the pictures, to email@example.com.

That’s no problem at all – sometimes it’s even better to come up with new ideas!
At the end of each page you will find the following button.
By clicking Continue, the current page will be saved, the data will be transmitted to us and you will be redirected to the next page.
Now you can log out or close the form without losing any of your submitted data. Should you later want to continue uploading your offer, just open this link which you have also received in your first email after login.
If you go back to a previous button, for example because you want to change the entered information, your previously entered information will not be displayed straightaway.
In order to retrieve your previously saved data, just click on the link Load this saved version next to the most recent date. Afterwards all the information you entered before will be displayed. If you want to change or adjust something you can now easily do this. Then just click Continue at the bottom of the page so that we receive the updated information.
As soon as you have reached the last button and have filled out all the previous pages, you will see the following button.
With a click on this button you finally save your offer. Please only do this if you are really finished and have entered all the information, as it is no longer possible to edit it again afterwards.
As soon as you have finally saved your offer, we will do a final review before your offer goes online afterwards.
Good news: We have made life as easy as possible for you here too, so you don’t have to go through the entire process for every offer you want to create, you can just update the necessary sections:
- In the event that you offer a holiday with other inclusive services at the same location, you only need to change relevant texts, such as the activities, the teaser and the schedule. Texts such as arrival, lodging and team can remain the same (as long as they really are identical).
- In the event that you offer another holiday at a different location, please change all texts that do not stay the same.
To be able to upload more journeys you first have to finalize your first journey. Once you have completed your first upload, you will be forwarded to a page with a link that you will also receive separately in an email.
This link will redirect you back to the form so that you can adjust the necessary information. Afterwards you can save and complete the journey so that we can publish it a little later.
If you do not find the right option at any point and cannot display this in a text field, please let us know by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find a solution together or add a corresponding selection field.
This is not a problem, but should be the exception if possible. For example, if you want to submit visuals or prices later, just send them in an email to email@example.com.
